Our Founding Story

Our Founding Story

Welcome to Eeko Friendly & Co., a dynamic subsidiary of Friend Group Inc., operating under the legal name The Friend Holding Corporation. I’m Kendell Friend, the founder and CEO, and I’m currently pursuing a degree in Economics with a minor in Spanish at the University of Pennsylvania. From my beginnings in a small notary business, I’ve grown Eeko Friendly & Co. into a company dedicated to bringing high-quality jade to the American market.

Our journey started with a vision to enhance market efficiency and deliver exceptional value through jade jewelry. With my background in economics, e-notarization, and multilingual skills—I'm proficient in both Chinese and Spanish, and preparing for the HSK exam—I’ve been able to shape our approach and navigate the complexities of international trade. Jade, once a luxury due to export restrictions from China until the 1980s, has long been seen as an exclusive item in the U.S. We aim to change that by making jade more accessible while highlighting its unique beauty and cultural significance.

Though we are a private company and do not publicly report financial statements, our focus remains on providing transparency and exceptional service to you, our customers. International trade is capital-intensive, and our entry into the jade market required significant investment. We rely on strong partnerships with Chinese contacts to navigate local regulations, and in return, we help them with U.S. regulations for their e-commerce businesses. This mutual support fuels our commitment to offering the best prices and introducing jade to American consumers.

At Eeko Friendly & Co., our mission is to offer a range of jade jewelry that blends beauty, craftsmanship, and affordability. While not all our pieces are of the highest purity, they still embody the elegance and allure of jade. We believe that jade is a luxurious stone that should be accessible to everyone, not just the wealthy.

Our jade is sourced from reputable suppliers in China, ensuring each piece offers exceptional value. Jade comes in various types, including Nephrite and Jadeite, with different price points and qualities. Nephrite is more common and affordable, while Jadeite is rarer and more costly. Our collection includes both types to cater to diverse preferences and budgets.

In addition to our jade business, I continue to offer e-notarization services, leveraging my proficiency in Chinese and Spanish. My exploration of forex trading has deepened my understanding of global markets, which is crucial for managing Eeko Friendly & Co. This expertise helps us navigate financial complexities and make informed decisions.

Jade represents purity and virtue, particularly in Chinese culture. We honor this heritage by offering pieces that reflect both traditional craftsmanship and modern design. Each piece undergoes rigorous selection and quality control, created with skilled artisans to ensure beauty, durability, and timelessness.

Exceptional customer service is at the heart of what we do. While I can’t speak to each of you personally, every purchase you make is special to me. We provide transparent product information, responsive support, and actively seek your feedback to continuously improve our offerings. We are committed to ethical sourcing, partnering with suppliers who share our values to ensure our jade is responsibly and sustainably obtained. Embracing technology, we streamline operations and enhance customer engagement, integrating innovative solutions to improve efficiency and your experience.

As Eeko Friendly & Co. grows, we remain dedicated to our values of transparency, quality, and cultural appreciation. Our journey from a small notary service to a prominent jade importer has been marked by passion and integrity. We are excited about the future and look forward to continuing to serve you with dedication and excellence.

Thank you for being a part of our story. Join us in exploring the beauty and significance of jade while supporting a company that values integrity and transparency.
